GRATITUDE


It's the fifth day of the new year and my heart is filled with so much gratitude. I decided to start off the new year with it a daily dose of positivism and it's been great so far! I realized that as much as it is important to be realistic with life and everything it throws at you, it is equally important to be positive-minded.

This is me pledging



  • to live through the year being happy no matter the lemons life throws my way.
  • to be obsessively appreciative and grateful for life itself.
  • to never forget the best things in life are absolutely free (now a lot of people might argue with me about this but I mean it, the best things in life surely comes at no cost just like love, the air we breathe, beautiful mother nature, family, hugs, sleep, friends, laughter...and many more!
  • to collect more beautiful moments not things.
  • to be thankful for good health, family, love and more.
  • to meditate often.
This isn't a new years resolution list but an affirmation that practicing the above daily leads to more energy, higher emotional intelligence, less depression. less anxiety and better sleep. I particularly love this inspirational quote from "Melody Beattie"

Gratitude is surely the shortest path to Happiness.....
